The Project Manager leads assigned construction projects, ensuring deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress, and coordinating with teams and clients for successful project execution.

Oversee mechanical QA/QC for semiconductor construction projects: perform system walkdowns, inspections, documentation management, coordinate stakeholders, enforce codes/standards (HVAC, plumbing, PVC/PVDF), support FAT/OAT and commissioning, drive corrective actions, and ensure smooth turnover to operations.

Manage and control semiconductor spare parts lifecycle and inventory to ensure equipment uptime. Coordinate recruiting activities including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, applicant database maintenance (Workable), and communication between applicants and hiring teams. Support community and school partnerships and perform administrative tasks.
