Own project scoping, planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Travel ~20% to understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality implementations.

Serve as trusted advisor for US and global customers: manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, strategy calls, health monitoring, risk mitigation, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize customer value.

Build full-stack features spanning React/TypeScript frontends and C++/Python backends. Design low-latency data pipelines, REST APIs, and async services to process real-time computer vision event streams. Collaborate with product, design, and research, contribute to GCP infrastructure, engage with customers, and champion performance, testing, observability, and documentation.
