The Funding Operations Associate IV performs complex daily operations activities, works independently, coordinates across departments, and supports business-line leadership. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries and complaints, improving processes, protecting confidential information, preventing fraud, coaching less experienced staff, supporting supervisors, and recommending policy or procedure changes. Enhance, modernize, and support critical credit risk applications through data modeling, profiling, quality management, acquisition, ingestion, ETL, metadata, lineage, and governance. Develop complex data models and ETL frameworks, troubleshoot production and testing issues, support deployments and releases, participate in architecture reviews, and lead data engineering initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with business and technology partners, regulatory compliance, risk management, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
