Own day-to-day operations for SafeLease’s new NYC office, including supplies, equipment, vendors, building relationships, access procedures, onboarding logistics, visitor coordination, meetings, and team events. Establish office processes, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, support safety requirements, and assist with additional operational needs. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, vendor-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-growing workplace.

Executes trade show and event programs across multiple brands, including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture, budgets, collateral, and post-event reporting. Manages organic social media calendars, copy, design, short-form video, community engagement, paid social support, and monthly performance reporting. Also coordinates event email campaigns and sales handoffs. Requires strong organization, writing, project management, graphic design, and budget-reporting skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Sell and service property & casualty insurance for self-storage owners: build relationships, quote and close new and renewal policies, customize coverage, coordinate with underwriters, support customers on endorsements/claims, and attend industry events.

Lead company-wide data and analytics strategy across insurance and real estate investment operations. Build governance, collection frameworks, reporting platforms, dashboards, models, and KPI systems; translate complex data into executive insights; automate analytics workflows; support underwriting, claims, forecasting, capital allocation, and portfolio performance; and build and mentor a high-performing analytics team while remaining hands-on.

Build and manage broker and independent agent relationships for commercial P&C lines. Recruit and onboard producers, train them on the SafeLease portal, drive submission-to-bind pipeline, partner with underwriters, and grow/retain broker-sourced premium while serving as primary account contact and product advocate.

Own distribution, servicing, and customer success for SafeLease's self-storage insurance products. Build and scale direct and retail agent channels, manage partner relationships, run servicing operations, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for an MGA and surplus lines carrier. Own GAAP and statutory (SAP/NAIC) reporting, audits, regulatory filings, treasury, tax compliance, intercompany consolidations, reinsurance and reserve accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and systems to support growth.
