Partner with GTM leaders to build and own financial models, forecasts, and KPI frameworks. Analyze revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention to inform resource allocation and strategic decisions. Prepare board and investor materials, support executive decision-making, and assess ROI of GTM projects to optimize growth and spend efficiency.

Lead product strategy and execution for Zip's AI Agent platform area. Partner with engineering, design, and AI research to build agent/chat capabilities, own quality (evals, guardrails, feedback), work with customers, and enable other teams to build on the platform.

Manage marketing-sourced leads from webinars, events, content syndication and other campaigns. Nurture historic leads, run sequences, and create qualified opportunities for sales. Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing, become a product expert, run GTM experiments, and educate stakeholders on content and industry trends.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for closing enterprise SaaS deals, prospecting and qualifying opportunities, demoing Zip's procurement platform, advising customers on ROI, and shaping sales process and team culture.

The Solution Engineer will serve as the technical pre-sales contact, demonstrating value to prospects, driving sales collaboration, and ensuring customer success with the Zip solution suite.
