Provides senior technical support for strategic APAC customers using DDN high-performance storage and Lustre parallel file systems. Responsibilities include resolving complex infrastructure incidents, supporting Linux and networking environments, executing upgrade test plans, collaborating with engineering, improving troubleshooting processes, documenting solutions, mentoring engineers, and managing customer relationships. The role participates in rotating on-call coverage, supports global handoffs, and may travel occasionally within APAC.

Manage global subsidiary lifecycle, entity governance, corporate records, statutory compliance, and regulatory obligations. Support FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC, KYC, UBO, and due diligence activities. Architect storage and infrastructure solutions for AI/ML, HPC, analytics, trading, genomics, and autonomous systems. Engage customers, translate technical requirements, develop architectures, BOMs, proposals, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and benchmarks, and guide complex technical sales cycles. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, provide technical thought leadership, mentor team members, and shape product direction. The role requires expertise in storage architectures, networking protocols, reliability, scalability, security, and customer-facing solution design.

Architect storage and data infrastructure solutions for customers across finance, pharmaceuticals, education, AI, and research. Translate technical requirements into scalable architectures, create proposals and BOMs, conduct demos, proofs of concept, and performance benchmarks, and integrate solutions with GPU clusters, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks. Serve as a trusted technical advisor through complex sales cycles while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams and mentoring colleagues.

Own and modernize the multi-repository build ecosystem for storage software across C/C++, Go, and web components. Responsibilities include build tooling, reproducible environments, CI/CD integration, container and Debian/RPM packaging, artifact publication, failure diagnosis, build-performance improvements, multi-platform delivery, and migration from SCons to a modern build system. The role provides technical leadership through architecture design, standards, code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
