Develop and customize Oracle ERP solutions across EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations. Build forms, reports, workflows, APIs, integrations, middleware components, and data migration processes. Lead projects that drive business results and assist with mergers and acquisitions and broader corporate development priorities. The role requires strategic problem-solving, stakeholder management, strong communication, and collaboration across the organization.

Designs, configures, and supports Oracle EPBCS applications for financial, workforce, capital, and profitability planning. Develops business rules and Groovy automation, manages integrations with ERP and data warehouse systems, builds Smart View reports, and troubleshoots application and performance issues. Partners with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate requirements, support testing and UAT, manage environment migrations, and maintain governance documentation for budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Supports digital adoption across manufacturing operations with minimal disruption. Assists with integrating new technologies into legacy systems, contributes to change management, evaluates emerging technologies, and coordinates digital initiatives. Requires a technical foundation in engineering, computer science, or information systems, plus basic knowledge of web applications, databases, APIs, system integration, and manufacturing technology.

Manage end-to-end outbound transportation performance for DACH/EE EMEA export markets. Oversee carrier, lane, capacity, rate, cost, compliance, and exception management while coordinating with distribution centers, TMS teams, Procurement, Customer Fulfilment, and carriers. Analyze transportation data, resolve delivery issues, improve carrier performance, control freight costs, support sourcing decisions, and lead corrective and continuous-improvement initiatives.
