Leads end-to-end creative project management across intake, prioritization, resource planning, scheduling, execution, approvals, and final asset delivery. Partners with Brand Creative, marketing, design, packaging, digital, production, agencies, and other stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality. Develops project plans and dashboards, improves creative workflows, supports operational initiatives, and ensures multiple complex projects meet business priorities and deadlines.

Leads Mattel’s Canadian Commercial Sales organization and national retail accounts, including Walmart, Costco, and Amazon. Sets sales strategy, manages executive customer relationships, drives revenue and profit targets, oversees joint business planning and forecasting, and leads omnichannel execution. Identifies growth opportunities through category and shopper insights, partners with marketing, finance, and supply chain, and develops a high-performing sales team.

Leads commercial strategy, business development, distributor partnerships, negotiations, and revenue growth across assigned export markets, primarily Ukraine and Moldova. Develops joint business plans, manages distributor performance, identifies new customers and channels, assesses market risks, and provides market intelligence to regional leadership. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Sales Operations to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.

Design, build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy production AI applications using foundation models and LLMs. Develop RAG systems, prompt pipelines, APIs, data pipelines, safety guardrails, and evaluation frameworks. Optimize AI solutions for quality, cost, latency, scalability, and security while monitoring production systems. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and run solution testing.

Administer the cybersecurity training and awareness platform, coordinate awareness and phishing simulation campaigns, track completion and compliance metrics, and provide platform support. The role partners with Privacy and business teams on required training and assists with cybersecurity governance, audit artifacts, control documentation, assessments, and remediation activities. It may require off-hours availability for project needs, system changes, or security events.

Supports accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals in Coupa, payment requests, payment validation, payment confirmations, and internal and vendor inquiries. Downloads and reconciles tax reports against bank information. The role requires accounting or finance education, Excel proficiency, advanced English, effective communication, proactive ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Leads strategic business development, developer relations, platform partnerships, and technology partnerships for Mattel’s digital games portfolio. Sources and evaluates opportunities, negotiates agreements, manages senior external relationships, builds business cases and forecasts, and coordinates execution across legal, finance, marketing, product, and leadership teams. The role requires expertise in mobile game publishing, platform strategy, monetization, user acquisition, live operations, and gaming industry trends.

Owns and drives cross-functional technical programs for Mattel Game Studios. Responsibilities include planning software services and platform capabilities, translating goals into execution plans, managing backlogs, sprint ceremonies, schedules, dependencies, risks, and status reporting. The role partners with engineering, product, design, security, analytics, vendors, and external studios to resolve ambiguity, unblock teams, and deliver complex gaming systems and live operations capabilities.

Supports European e-commerce account management, customer onboarding, business development, forecasting, promotional planning, pricing updates, reporting, and commercial execution. The role monitors account performance, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service. It requires strong organization, commercial judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, adaptability, and relationship management expertise.
