Leads executive-level customer engagements across a portfolio of 10+ brands, owning retention, adoption, platform deployment, training, marketing measurement, experimentation, optimization insights, and client relationships. Partners with Solutions and Product teams on requirements, solution design, product feedback, and technology roadmaps. Provides strategic media guidance and interprets marketing performance data while supporting internal customer success initiatives.

Coordinates marketing projects, calendars, workflows, campaigns, and deadlines across content, communications, revenue, and partner marketing. Publishes and updates website content through a CMS, supports SEO and social media programs, coordinates creative assets, monitors relevant media, and maintains marketing reports, dashboards, trackers, and campaign documentation. Requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, proofreading, and independent prioritization skills, plus comfort using AI tools and spreadsheets.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to marketing and analytics leaders. Identify high-intent accounts using market signals and AI-assisted research, qualify inbound leads, and build pipeline against targets. Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on account strategy and campaign feedback, schedule event meetings, maintain clean CRM data, and provide structured product and marketing insights.

Own technical client onboarding for Measured’s data and media measurement platform. Lead source connections, historical ingestion, normalization, QA, delivery plans, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness. Advise enterprise clients on model-ready data requirements, lead technical working sessions, validate outputs with SQL, document implementation standards, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success. Drive multiple workstreams, resolve data-quality issues, improve repeatability, and build reusable automation and validation processes.

Provides customer-facing technical support by owning tickets from intake through resolution, meeting SLAs, troubleshooting data quality and integration issues, documenting solutions, and coordinating escalations. The role also contributes to knowledge management, pipeline monitoring, dashboards, AI agents, and workflow automation. Success requires accuracy, customer empathy, strong communication, systematic problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Provide front-line technical support for a SaaS marketing measurement platform: triage tickets, resolve common issues (logins, permissions, reports), troubleshoot basic data and integration problems, escalate complex issues with detailed context, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to improve customer experience and operational metrics.
