Manages regional import and export trade compliance across multiple countries. Oversees regulatory procedures, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, policies, KPIs, budgets, and compliance projects. Advises stakeholders on customs, export controls, licensing, tariffs, origin, valuation, and related government requirements. Leads process improvements, training, trade automation implementations, binding rulings, and compliance reporting while ensuring supply chain transactions are properly structured and compliant.

Manages existing accounts and prospects, qualifies leads, conducts product demonstrations and training, develops territory business plans, tracks opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinates pre- and post-sale customer support. The role requires frequent field activity, overnight travel, technical life sciences knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales and profitability objectives.

Manages procurement and supplier relationships for OEM and resale items using SAP. Responsibilities include monitoring demand, issuing and expediting purchase orders, managing deliveries, negotiating pricing and agreements, resolving invoice and supplier issues, monitoring quality and performance, identifying cost reductions, maintaining purchasing records and master data, conducting supplier reviews, and mitigating supply chain risks.

Processes and reconciles customer payments across checks, ACH, wires, lockbox, and credit cards. Resolves unapplied cash, discrepancies, short pays, and settlement issues; maintains accurate customer ledgers and documentation; supports collections, month-end close, reporting, audits, and workflow improvements.

Supports global import and export compliance programs, including HTS and dual-use classification, customs audits, broker verification, trade restrictions, free trade agreement analysis, recordkeeping, and regulatory risk assessments. Manages SAP Global Trade Services screening and restrictions, coordinates with logistics and customer service, develops procedures and training, analyzes compliance data, and partners with IT on trade automation systems and reporting improvements.

Performs procurement and supply chain data analysis, modeling, reporting, and visualization to identify cost savings, compliance, standardization, and process-improvement opportunities. Maintains and supports database systems, develops Power BI dashboards and scorecards, troubleshoots reports, and communicates statistical insights to stakeholders. Collaborates with business units, IT, senior analysts, and vendors on reporting, systems, training, and operational improvement projects.

Coordinates customer quotes, public tenders, contracts, and related documentation. Prepares compliant quotations and tender submissions, maintains contract and order records in ERP systems, tracks deadlines and statuses, and supports audits. Manages reagent rental instrument orders and asset returns while collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams. Requires strong English and Polish communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and customer-facing experience in quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking.
