Lead a team of three to design and operate benefits for 3,000+ employees across US, Canada, and Asia. Own day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), COBRA, and leaves; manage carriers, brokers and TPAs; run open enrollment, benchmarking, plan design, compliance, and benefits financial analysis to optimize cost and experience.
