Build and maintain internal AI-enabled full-stack tools using React/Node.js/TypeScript, write PL/SQL/SQL, integrate cloud services (Azure/AWS), implement AI/LLM features under guidance, configure IFS platform elements for presales demos, write tests, and participate in code reviews and team documentation.

Lead North America public affairs for IFS: monitor federal and state tech policy, engage government stakeholders, manage institutional partnerships (e.g., WEF), shape advocacy messaging, support executive and media engagements, and advise leadership on regulatory risks and opportunities impacting Industrial AI, data governance, and critical infrastructure.

Lead operational readiness and implementation of IFS Cloud products in the IFS-NEC shared tenant. Design scalable, secure, cost-optimized cloud solutions using automation and AI, manage migrations, mentor teams, handle escalations, collaborate with NEC and regional teams, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance for services in Japan.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise AI deals ($500k+ ACV). Build pipeline in target strategic accounts, lead consultative value-based discussions with executives, position IFS AI solutions, and collaborate with regional sales and solution teams to drive recurring revenue.

Design and validate AI-driven ERP/EAM solutions by mapping detailed business processes to IFS capabilities (Loops, digital workers, agentic AI). Engage customers, product, engineering, and sales to identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and enable successful delivery and adoption of advanced ERP/EAM features.

Analyze complex finance, commercial, and operational datasets; build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; partner with Finance and executives to translate business questions into analytics; validate data and resolve quality issues; document KPIs and requirements; produce insights and recommendations; drive self-service analytics adoption and contribute to Finance BI standards.
