Provides executive and administrative support to DCSA leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, records management, correspondence, vendor engagement, and travel documentation. Manages CATMS taskers, suspense tracking, stakeholder communications, vendor records, databases, and workflow documentation. Analyze financial and audit metrics from multiple sources, identify trends and anomalies, and maintain executive dashboards for Army National Guard leadership. Develop procedures, training, automation schedules, and monthly progress reports while ensuring compliance with DoD data governance standards.

Analyzes and sanitizes federal budget execution and accounting data, identifying abnormal conditions, unmatched transactions, and variances. Performs data cleansing, profiling, validation, transformation, and migration into the Army general ledger. Develops RPA, AI, and machine-learning automation, standard operating procedures, training materials, audit trails, data ontologies, and progress reports. Collaborates with DFAS and Army offices to deliver compliant, audit-ready financial data.

Serves as the principal internal control authority for the Army National Guard RMIC program. Responsibilities include supporting the annual Statement of Assurance, reviewing federal internal control guidance, delivering training, documenting findings and recommendations, maintaining evidence and lessons learned, conducting risk assessments, and developing a long-term sustainment strategy. The role requires extensive federal internal control or audit readiness experience, relevant financial certification, an active Secret clearance, and full-time onsite work in Arlington, Virginia.

Performs federal internal control assessments for the Army National Guard RMIC program, including regulatory reviews, process walkthroughs, control testing, risk register maintenance, corrective action tracking, quarterly reporting, audit support, and documentation of findings. The role requires onsite work in Arlington, Virginia, an active Secret clearance, federal compliance experience, and knowledge of OMB Circular A-123 and the GAO Green Book.

Conducts federal internal control and risk assessments for the Army National Guard RMIC program.
