The role harmonizes legacy finance processes, supports enterprise planning and digital transformations, manages technology spend, and provides strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Own and prioritize the ServiceNow SPM product backlog, translate strategy into user stories, accept delivered work, and support Agile ceremonies. Champion SPM adoption through business analysis, stakeholder communications, demonstrations, and enablement. Build dashboards and reports, maintain data standards, support OOTB architecture, evaluate GenAI capabilities, manage UAT and upgrades, and monitor licensing usage. Responsibilities include building high-performing technical teams, developing AI governance and capabilities, delivering analytics products, partnering with senior stakeholders, guiding technology architecture, managing vendors, advancing AI literacy, and evaluating emerging models and trends to create business value.

Oversee social media planning and daily execution for key franchises, lead branded, user-generated, and professional content, manage KOL selection and agency partnerships, coordinate cross-functional social seeding, and optimize performance against brand KPIs. The role focuses on increasing pet-owner engagement, word-of-mouth, and conversion from content to commerce across social platforms.

Leads end-to-end CHO supply planning strategy, execution, monitoring, and financial performance. Oversees production planning, master scheduling, materials and inventory control, forecasting, inventory positioning, and demand fulfillment across facilities and distribution points. Supports launches, promotions, key events, and network redesigns while monitoring sales and operations planning indicators, cost-to-serve data, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain effectiveness.

Design and standardize payment processes, support automation, testing, country validation, deployment, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Partner with Treasury, Finance Operations, Procurement, Controllership, Digital Technologies, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable global solutions while addressing local requirements.
