Provides project management, data analysis, contract file compliance, audit, procurement application, acquisition workforce certification, training, and program operations support to the FBI. Reviews and analyzes procurement data, maintains SharePoint repositories and dashboards, supports requisitions and audits, monitors project deliverables, advises personnel on federal acquisition certifications, and manages training events and program reviews. The role is performed on-site at Redstone Arsenal and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Support MDA acquisition lifecycle by advising program offices and PCOs on FAR Part 7 procurement strategy, evaluating proposals, managing GFP compliance and contract closeouts, producing executive reports, maintaining PIEE/ETMS2 data products, and coordinating audits, briefings, and SharePoint/Access portal management. Requires active Secret clearance and on-site attendance at Redstone Arsenal.

Serve as a senior acquisition and program management SME for the Missile Defense Agency, directing Acquisition Strategy Panels and Boards, providing lifecycle acquisition analysis, managing program baselines, authoring milestone decision packages, safeguarding source-selection-sensitive data, preparing executive briefings, coordinating industry and interagency engagements, and driving workflow and document controls to support senior leadership decision-making.

Support the TSA by providing program management, cybersecurity, and engineering support, ensuring compliance, and preparing documentation for leadership.

The Communication Strategist will develop and execute communication strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with guidelines, focusing on federal programs.
