The Acquisition Specialist manages complex contracting tasks including strategy development, procurement validation, solicitation, negotiation, and contract administration for government clients.

Support GSA financial and project management by monitoring costs, schedules, contract line items, and funding balances. Track milestones, reconcile finances, review invoices and cost estimates for compliance, and process invoices. Lead enterprise-level acquisition policy, compliance, and oversight for DoD-related procurement programs. Provide expert counsel, conduct PMR and self-inspection reviews, author and operationalize contracting policy, design training, prepare audit readiness, and deliver executive briefings to senior leaders. Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and drive continuous improvement across acquisition processes.

The Realty Specialist will manage federal real estate acquisitions and leasing, oversee multiple property portfolios, and liaise with government representatives to meet space requirements efficiently.

Lead small business program efforts for DoD agencies: conduct market research, maintain searchable contractor databases, migrate to CRM, manage mentor-protege compliance, plan and staff outreach events, produce reports for Congressional/DoD reporting, and ensure timely stakeholder communications and program documentation.
