  • Assist with various urgent or scheduled data calls (e.g., sole-source procurement data, etc.).
  • Obtain and organize contract files to support internal and external audits.
  • Advance requisitions from the SHOP application in the Electronic Procurement Automated System (EPAS) when contracting officers (COs) or contract specialists (CSs) request assistance.
  • Attend the weekly requisition review meetings on the FBINET secure network.
  • Provide direct support to COs and CSs by demonstrating how to create contract files, associate records, and link requisitions to contract files.
  • Perform project management functions for the FBI’s Acquisition Career Management (ACM) program.
  • Collaborate closely with the FBI’s Acquisition Career Manager (BACM) to define, implement, and plan project goals, timelines, schedules, and task allocations.

  • Advise the FBI Acquisition Workforce (AWF) on Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) requirements for the Contracting (Professional), Program/Project Manager (P/PM), and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) programs.
  • Provide detailed, step-by-step guidance to workforce members, handle complex inquiries, and resolve AWF certification issues or complaints.
  • Manage and maintain the FBI’s official repositories of certified AWF members with active certifications.
  • Track individual progress, process repository updates, execute periodic data validation, and update distribution lists to ensure members receive critical training and certification renewal information.
  • Create comprehensive training slides and materials for contract file compliance training.
  • Manage Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and streamline training event requests.
  • Facilitate mentor/mentee matching initiatives within the acquisition division.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure seamless program operations.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or administrative support; direct experience working within a federal procurement environment or with federal acquisition frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel (data sorting/importing), and familiarity with government procurement applications (e.g., EPAS, SHOP, UFMS, or similar agency-specific systems).
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Certifications (FAC-C, FAC-P/PM, FAC-COR) and basic federal contracting methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and instructional skills to train COs/CSs and guide the acquisition workforce through certification pipelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing contract file compliance, auditing signatures, and building data dashboards.
