Support and train customers to drive platform adoption and engagement, execute account outreach and changes, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, ensure SLA compliance, document interactions in CRM, deliver outcome-driven training, participate in incident root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to increase customer value.

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, design agentic LLM-driven development workflows, set technical strategy and standards, ensure delivery quality, mentor engineers, oversee onboarding and performance reviews, and coordinate cross-team efforts to mitigate risks and maintain system ownership, testing, logging, and monitoring.
