Supports commercialization of Atomic Layer Deposition equipment and processes through engineering documentation, equipment testing, validation, commissioning, process troubleshooting, data analysis, and customer support. Lead reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, calibration, and continuous improvement for a cylindrical lithium-ion battery prototype manufacturing line. Supervise equipment engineering personnel, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, investigate downtime, manage spare parts and suppliers, support safety and compliance activities, and coordinate equipment upgrades and manufacturing scale-up projects.

Leads controls architecture, PLC software development, safety systems, commissioning, validation, and field support for semiconductor ALD production equipment. Establishes automation standards, develops scalable control solutions, ensures compliance with industry standards, and mentors controls engineers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and manufacturing performance.

Supports the Chief Legal Counsel with contract administration, corporate governance, compliance, securities transactions, intellectual property records, litigation support, legal research, and legal operations. Maintains corporate and legal records, coordinates filings and document execution, manages deadlines and outside counsel matters, supports audits and due diligence, and contributes to process improvements. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, HR, technical teams, executives, and external counsel in an on-site corporate environment.

Develop semiconductor equipment business across APAC excluding China through technical sales, customer growth, account management, applications support, and regional commercial operations. Lead technical discovery, proposals, evaluations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer qualification for ALD and thin-film deposition solutions. Build strategic relationships, manage pipelines and forecasts, support marketing initiatives, and represent Forge Nano at customer facilities, conferences, and trade shows. The role is based in Hsinchu, Taiwan and requires 30%–50% regional travel.

Leads semiconductor business development and market expansion across APAC excluding China. Builds strategic relationships with fabs, foundries, equipment companies, research organizations, and ecosystem partners; manages pipelines, customer evaluations, qualifications, and production deployments. Translates technical requirements into commercial proposals, develops ROI and cost-of-ownership models, leads negotiations, and represents the company at industry events. Coaches customer-facing teams and collaborates with R&D, engineering, product, operations, and executives.

Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems for semiconductor equipment including power distribution, control panels, PLC/motion integration, schematics/BOMs, and compliance. Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, product development, cross-functional coordination, documentation, and on-site commissioning.

Oversee financial accounting, reporting, close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, payroll accruals, accounts payable and receivable, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Maintain GAAP-compliant records, support financial analysis and system improvements, and mentor Staff Accountants while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
