Manage fire alarm control panel projects from scope through testing, inspection, and certification. Coordinate lab and field activities, communicate UL requirements with clients, develop test programs and methods, resolve engineering issues, and provide technical guidance and project documentation.

Serve as primary ESG regulatory expert for Middle East and Africa market access. Track regulatory trends, support stakeholders, coordinate multi-country ESG research, identify business opportunities, and ensure compliance with governance and security practices.

Drive sales of UL testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) products and services by developing account strategies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining customer relationships and renewals, creating new-logo pipelines, collaborating with technical teams, and transitioning implementations to fulfillment. Focus on specialty product opportunities and support multi-year account planning.

Support and improve local quality and regulatory performance by identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, developing quality metrics (including SPC), conducting internal audits to ISO and ISO 27001 requirements, managing external accreditations, and designing/maintaining local Quality Systems. Lead improvement teams and present findings across the organization.

Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections, audits, and field evaluations of manufacturers and products against UL requirements. Analyze test results, verify calibration and measurement equipment, document findings, recommend corrective actions, communicate with clients and authorities, and perform regional travel to conduct inspections and support certification processes.

Support product testing and certification by developing test plans, coordinating lab activities, evaluating samples for UL compliance, managing project timelines and client communications, preparing reports, and assisting with test methods and requirements development.
