Leads the Global Technology portfolio management function, establishing governance, intake, prioritization, investment decision-making, and portfolio execution processes. Partners with executives, finance, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to align technology investments with strategy, capacity, risk, and value objectives. It also involves developing test methods, assisting with UL requirements, supporting continuous improvement, and potentially traveling to client sites for testing or witnessing.

Drives end-to-end sales of UL lighting testing, inspection, and certification products and services. Manages account relationships, develops pipelines, qualifies prospects, conducts discovery, prepares proposals, closes new business, supports renewals, and transitions closed sales to fulfillment teams. Provides lighting-industry insights for account planning and collaborates with account managers, engineers, inside sales, and leadership. The remote role requires candidates near Southern California and at least 50% travel.

Leads global account-based marketing strategy and programs for strategic accounts. Manages a global ABM team, Demandbase adoption, personalized campaigns, executive engagement, events, thought leadership, sales enablement, KPI reporting, and performance optimization. Partners with sales, account leadership, regional teams, and marketing executives to increase engagement, pipeline, account penetration, revenue impact, and marketing ROI.

Monitor and interpret global non-wireless regulations, standards, and certification requirements, focusing on electrical safety, EMC, and energy efficiency in Sub-Saharan Africa. Support regulatory research and consulting projects, prepare compliance analyses and market access guidance, advise customers and stakeholders, and build relationships with regulators, certification bodies, and industry organizations. Contribute to business expansion and regulatory intelligence initiatives across electrical and electronics product categories.

Supports HVAC product safety, compliance, and certification projects by reviewing technical data, applying UL requirements, examining product samples, coordinating laboratory testing, and resolving engineering issues. The role manages project scope, schedules, client communications, reports, test programs, follow-up procedures, and compliance reviews. It may also assist with developing test methods, equipment, and UL requirements, while representing the organization at industry events.

Develops and executes sales strategies for assigned accounts and specialty TIC products and services. Builds relationships with new and existing customers, manages discovery through proposal and close, creates new-logo pipelines, drives renewals, and exceeds sales targets. Partners with account managers, engineers, inside sales, and fulfillment teams to deliver solutions and identify growth opportunities.

Leads cross-functional customer experience improvement initiatives by analyzing Voice of Customer feedback, complaints, surveys, operational metrics, and customer journeys. Facilitates root cause analysis, action planning, workshops, and stakeholder alignment; tracks risks, milestones, outcomes, and accountability. Manages complaint responses, documents activities in Salesforce, prepares executive reports, supports customer journey mapping, and ensures compliance with customer feedback and complaint-handling processes.

Provides client-facing technical services and coordinates internal teams to scope, document, and maintain technical program and project requirements. Develops technical evaluations, test procedures, SOPs, and laboratory instructions aligned with regulatory and client requirements. Leads departmental process and KPI improvements, supports commercial and operations teams, and coaches others. Facilitates customer meetings, manages complex projects and priorities, and works effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
