The Recruiter is responsible for delivering excellent recruitment service through proactive communication, evaluating candidate qualifications, sourcing candidates, and managing recruitment marketing plans. As a Recruiter at Cielo, you will coordinate with hiring leaders to define job scopes, source candidates through various platforms, prepare candidates for interviews, and ensure timely updates to candidates. You will build recruitment marketing campaigns, manage candidate fit, maintain a talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to secure offers.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead the recruitment process, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize hiring practices, build a diverse talent pipeline, and strengthen community engagement. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, representing the company in community events, and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve processes.
