Lead Systems Engineer with a masters degree and 10+ years leading technical functions for large, complex IT systems. Responsible for cloud ERP integrations, ERP/FMS/TMS platform work, systems engineering/architecture across the full project lifecycle, stakeholder communication, independent solution development, and obtaining/maintaining DoD RMF accreditation. Integration experience with programs of similar scope required. Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Configure, operate, and optimize mainframe/mini/client-server systems; analyze capacity and resource utilization; plan system capacity; provide user assistance for accessing and using business systems.

Serves as a technical expert in developing, implementing, managing, and supporting systems and networks. Plans and executes complex assignments, creates new methods and approaches across IT specialties. Role levels range from junior through subject-matter expert and requires a bachelors degree and Secret clearance.

Design, maintain, test, and update existing software. Perform structured analysis, impact/compatibility studies, cost and feasibility analyses, and support user/customer interfaces.

Lead administration and support of Oracle 19c databases in Data Guard configurations (1 primary, 2 standbys). Manage Data Guard Broker, FSFO and multi-site observers; perform patching (RU/CPU), RMAN backups, flashback, switchover/failover, performance tuning (AWR/ASH), and monitoring with OEM. Provide Linux administration and shell scripting support and troubleshoot Data Guard transport/apply lag and archive gaps.
