Coordinates recruiting, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and retention efforts for nursing and other facility staff. Responsibilities include candidate outreach, application processing, reference and background checks, drug screens, physicals, license verification, interview scheduling, orientation planning, applicant tracking, and preceptor coordination. The role monitors turnover and morale trends, supports staffing needs, and collaborates with nursing leadership and facility administration to maintain hiring goals and team member engagement.

Leads hospital liaison and admissions sales activities for assigned acute care hospital accounts. Provides facility information to referral partners and prospective patients, builds and evaluates referral relationships, coordinates with facility and interdisciplinary teams, maintains admission and sales goals, monitors performance indicators, and oversees Admissions Liaison staff. The role reports to facility administrators with additional regional and development leadership, and includes assigned on-call duties.

Process weekly payrolls, maintain accurate employee/payroll records, handle benefits (PTO, insurance, 401k), calculate retro pay and shift differentials, process garnishments, prepare reports, respond to employee verification requests and inquiries, and support team communication and payroll-related issue resolution.
