The Salesforce Developer provides support for onboarding, manages escalations, resolves technical issues, and ensures coordination across teams for production simulation activities.

Lead organizational change and project management efforts for an Accela-based centralized licensing and compliance system. Responsibilities include process assessments, OCM planning (Prosci ADKAR), change readiness, stakeholder and communications management, training/change agent development, governance and KPI definition, and continuous improvement to sustain adoption.

Design, develop, and manage enterprise BI reports and dashboards; define reporting framework and data flows; ensure data quality, monitoring, security, defect management, testing, and technical knowledge transfer to client staff.

Lead organizational change and business analysis for a centralized licensing and compliance system. Assess and document processes, perform data/process analysis, design business process and workflow diagrams, implement process improvements, drive Prosci ADKAR adoption, develop readiness and continuous improvement roadmaps, and provide training to ensure successful change adoption.

Lead data migration, integration, profiling, cleansing, and modeling to consolidate legacy systems into a centralized database. Engage stakeholders, document as-is environment, plan data flows, implement data quality rules, and support conversion and synchronization to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

Lead requirements definition, gap and alternatives analysis, and PAL Stage 2-4 documentation for a centralized licensing/compliance system. Coordinate stakeholders, produce alternatives analysis reports, create epics/user stories with acceptance criteria, and support data migration and technical complexity assessments.
