Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle for the Consumables & Instruments business: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, recruitment coordination, absence and performance management, payroll liaison, Workday data management, HR reporting, compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and support talent, engagement and L&D activities. Act as first point of contact for managers and employees and escalate complex matters to the HR Business Partner.

Develop and execute B2B integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. Partner with product marketing, digital, sales, and agencies to create assets, manage projects, and measure results. Use the marketing tech stack (Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Illustrator) to plan, execute, and report on campaigns. Support event promotion and cross-functional communications.

Senior legal leader advising executive management on employment, compliance, commercial contracting, litigation oversight, and enterprise risk. Leads labor and employment law, compliance programs, global contracting, whistleblower investigations, data privacy, and legal operations improvements while managing outside counsel, developing legal talent, and implementing technology (e.g., AI-enabled CLM) to scale legal services.
