Own product management for Brunswick’s proprietary AI Lab portfolio. Join Brunswick's communications team to draft press releases, Q&As and media materials; conduct media and market research; leverage in-house AI tools; support brainstorms, pitches and client deliverables; cultivate client relationships; prepare reporter backgrounders and media lists; contribute to training and firm initiatives. Role starts September 2026 as part of the Executive cohort.

Advise corporate, financial, and public affairs clients on reputation, stakeholder engagement, media, policy, regulatory, and M&A matters. Manage client account execution, workflows, media and policy interactions, proposals, pitches, and stakeholder networks. Mentor junior colleagues, support team transitions, and help grow Brunswick’s Madrid office. The role requires strong knowledge of Spain’s media, corporate, political, and regulatory environments, plus native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Leads client relationships and defined corporate brand and creative assignments across financial communications, strategic events, and corporate brand. Responsibilities include developing briefs and recommendations, coordinating multidisciplinary strategy, design, film, live, and production teams, managing scopes, budgets, fees, timelines, risks, and approvals, supporting proposals and pitches, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to account planning and practice development.

Manage client relationships, engagements, and workstreams across corporate brand, creative, financial communications, strategic events, and investor communications. Responsibilities include translating requests into briefs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing feedback, scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, quality control, proposals, pitches, and account growth. The role independently delivers smaller engagements while supporting senior leaders on larger programmes and contributes to collaborative practice development.

Advise clients on high-stakes communications across Southeast Asia: draft press materials, monitor media and policy, use AI and research platforms, support pitches, build relationships, and produce high-quality strategic deliverables under tight deadlines.

Monitor client news and provide timely media, market, political and stakeholder analysis. Prepare client documents (biographies, stakeholder lists, media lists), perform competitive and industry research, support logistics for meetings and events, and identify visibility opportunities. Work with research teams and assistants, contribute to project management, and begin building an external network.

Coordinate and deliver European events (in-person and virtual), support thought leadership and integrated campaigns, create and adapt digital content, execute social and email marketing, manage external suppliers and creative teams, monitor performance and report insights, and provide operational and project support to the European Marketing team.

Lead client communications and reputation work: advise clients, develop and execute strategic communications plans, manage account teams, draft key materials, oversee research and media interactions, plan announcements/events, and mentor junior staff across multiple, fast-moving engagements.
