The Client Executive will drive Azure Operations Services sales, develop relationships, manage sales cycles, and optimize client value in the LATAM market.

Design, deploy, administer, automate, and troubleshoot complex Azure cloud infrastructures and managed services. Lead cloud environment implementations, migrations, monitoring, and service transitions while advising clients and developing operational runbooks. Collaborate with customers, define telemetry, improve delivery quality, document configurations, support escalations, and contribute to custom cloud services. The role also includes mentoring teammates and applying security, compliance, change management, Agile, and ITIL practices.

Build and evolve user interfaces for internal tools, primarily using React or similar front-end technologies. Take increasing ownership of Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, and deployment processes. Improve Python-based automation, reporting consistency, usability, and operational robustness while collaborating with engineering and client-facing teams.

Owns the technical vision and architecture for shared, multi-tenant Azure platforms. Designs and validates cloud solutions, decomposes complex initiatives, leads delivery through others, and partners with technical and business stakeholders. The role focuses on improving platform reliability, security, scalability, observability, and operational excellence through infrastructure as code, scripting, monitoring, reusable architectural patterns, and engineer mentorship.

Lead client engagements delivering Microsoft Fabric data and AI solutions from discovery through production deployment. Responsibilities include workshops, assessments, architecture design, platform implementations, migrations, data pipeline development, Spark workload optimization, lakehouse and medallion architecture, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role requires independent consulting delivery, technical decision-making, and translating business requirements into scalable Azure-based data solutions with minimal oversight.

Build, deploy, support, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure across development, test, and production environments. Use Bicep and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues, apply Azure Well-Architected principles, and support networking, governance, security, documentation, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Requires strong Azure experience, cloud networking knowledge, Git-based workflows, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
