Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor conducting technical discovery and comprehensive technology assessments across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint management, networking, and security. Translate business needs into AI roadmaps, design Azure-based architectures, define security and access controls, validate prototypes, mentor engineers, establish reusable standards and a Ukraine-based AI Center of Excellence, and guide use of AI lab and validation environments toward production readiness.

Lead design and delivery of secure, production-ready AI architectures for financial clients. Translate business needs into AI roadmaps, review code and prototypes, define security and access controls, mentor engineers, and establish CoE standards, validation labs, and reusable patterns to enable safe, maintainable AI deployments.

Provide hands-on onsite IT support and systems administration for hedge fund clients: troubleshoot desktops, Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server/AD, endpoint protection, virtualization, networking, and escalate complex issues. Maintain documentation, follow change control, and participate in infrastructure and project work as skills develop.

Coordinate and track multiple client and internal IT projects: maintain schedules, documentation, meetings, procurement, and stakeholder communications. Provide updates, escalate risks, manage vendors, and support continuous improvement while taking increasing ownership of assigned tasks.

Support month-end and year-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist with consolidated statements, AP processing, regulatory filings, audits, budgeting/forecasting, and variance analysis. Use Excel and NetSuite to analyze and visualize financial data and collaborate with finance, tax, and operations teams.

Manage and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, troubleshooting issues and supporting complex client onboarding with tailored solutions.
