Develops and enhances server-based electronic gaming software, provides technical direction and architecture, collaborates with product management, supports production systems, tests and debugs applications, researches experimental designs, and mentors junior developers. The role requires strong C#/.NET and SQL Server expertise, complex software system design experience, object-oriented development knowledge, Agile experience, and a background in casino, charitable, or online gaming.

Supports manufacturing equipment troubleshooting, automation projects, process improvement, equipment installation, testing, validation, and production ramp-up. Collaborates with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Automation teams to improve equipment reliability, uptime, safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency. Supports game design pre-production by scheduling play sessions, coordinating math feedback, running design and math reviews, tracking schedules and risks, maintaining documentation, and following up on cross-functional tasks. Works with the Senior Producer to keep games progressing through the development pipeline, improve production processes, and maintain alignment across creative and technical teams.

Sells and delivers products, services customers, covers Sales Representative routes, and helps achieve sales objectives. The role requires customer service, communication, organization, teamwork, physical lifting, commercial vehicle operation, flexible scheduling, and travel across multiple sales routes, including occasional overnight travel.

Provide technical support for e-gaming products: diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, log and dispatch service calls (Salesforce), perform on-site installations, assist with systems integration, train distributors/employees, write technical documentation, and cover after-hours support rotation.

Develop new business and maintain existing accounts for eGaming products serving charitable, veteran, and fraternal organizations. Build client relationships, present tailored solutions, drive charitable revenue, train organizations on compliant gaming operations, and provide guidance on reporting, regulations, and product performance. The role is primarily focused on new business development and includes independent field work with travel reimbursement.

Manages account relationships and promotional programs for organizations in Ohio. Develops retention and engagement promotions, coordinates schedules and deployments, manages budgets and compliance, resolves organizational issues, supports new implementations, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives process improvements in partnership with sales and e-gaming leadership.

Sell and deliver bingo products, service customers, support sales reps and meet revenue goals. Perform route coverage, lifting and physical tasks, drive company vehicle, complete DOT physical and background/drug screens, and work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.

Build relationships with veteran, fraternal, and charitable organizations; present tailored solutions; drive charitable revenue and member engagement; train clients on compliant gaming operations; build trust; and provide guidance on reporting, regulations, and gaming performance. The role is primarily new-business sales and includes independent territory management, client communication, and travel reimbursement.
