  • Partner with Production teams to understand day-to-day challenges and help develop practical solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, throughput, waste reduction, and efficiency.
  • Help maintain and improve technical documentation, drawings, equipment records, and project updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment and supporting production floor issues.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, manuals, work instructions, or equipment documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • CAD, PLC, HMI, robotics, vision systems, or CMMS exposure is a plus.
