The Senior Director of Sourcing will lead global sourcing strategies, optimize supplier engagement, and drive operational excellence while promoting sustainability and innovation within the supply chain.

Support creation and execution of the Veilance women’s product line by contributing to line strategy, product briefs, cross-functional development, lifecycle management, seasonal sell plans, market research, and GTM materials. Partner with Design, Development, Costing, Sourcing, and Merchandise Planning to meet KPIs, optimize costs, and drive global sales while upholding responsible sourcing standards.

Lead and improve Korea ecommerce operations, including fulfillment, 3PL/carrier management, post-purchase experience, returns, and system transitions (SAP/CRM). Partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into operational workflows and drive continuous process and performance improvements.

Provide commercial, brand-focused legal counsel across campaigns, collaborations, talent/sponsorships, events, marketing, retail and ecommerce. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on advertising, IP, consumer protection, content rights and cross-border activations; build templates, playbooks and legal operating models; manage external counsel and leverage legal technology to scale Brand and Commercial support.

Design women’s Veilance apparel: create concepts, mood boards, patterns, mockups and prototypes; collaborate with Fit & Pattern, Materials, Development and Merchandising to commercialize innovative materials and constructions; manage spec documentation, present at reviews, attend trade shows and vendor visits, and support seasonal line planning.

Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of Footwear: calendar and travel management, expense/vendor/invoice oversight, meeting agendas and materials, drafting correspondence, cross-functional coordination, and event support. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize competing tasks, and support the broader Footwear team onsite in Portland.

Lead development and maintenance of Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud solutions, design integrations, mentor engineers, own technical design, improve performance and stability, and support Guest Services workflows.

Support the Fit & Pattern team to maintain fit, quality, and performance across product. Manage block sample library, support CLO3D block library, collaborate with Design, Development, Merchandising and Compliance to ensure consistent sizing and fit, and assist fit specialists through development to fit-approved stage. Help create fit documentation and ensure models represent target figures.

Lead design and development of women’s trail running apparel from concept to commercialization. Translate athlete insights into technical garments, drive materials and construction innovation, resolve fit and production issues, mentor designers, and collaborate cross-functionally on seasonal line planning and prototyping.

Lead global strategy and delivery for Arc'teryx's ReBIRD circular service ecosystem. Own 3–5 year roadmap, financial models, capability governance, enterprise service technology, and data & insights. Build scalable service center frameworks, establish quality and audit standards, partner with cross-functional executives, and deliver executive dashboards to drive commercial viability across retail, wholesale, and experiences.
