Lead audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across South Florida facilities to ensure licensing, state regulation, PREA and CARF compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, develop corrective action plans, provide technical assistance, and mitigate compliance vulnerabilities. Serve on management team to ensure district-wide regulatory adherence.

Manage day-to-day operations and quality delivery of treatment, education, vocational, clinical, medical and food services at a residential treatment center for male youth (18-20). Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development and training, regulatory compliance, facility maintenance, program oversight, and stakeholder communication.

Manage submission, follow-up, and collection of Medicaid and Managed Care claims for PRTF/residential behavioral health services; ensure claims match authorizations and contracted rates; track billed vs authorized days; maintain HIPAA compliance and resolve AR with payers.

Supervise a caseload of 14–24 students; coordinate court/probation visits and home passes; serve as liaison with parents and placing agencies; provide monthly progress notes and weekly updates; coordinate activities with staff; participate in assessments and treatment plans.

Manage execution, tracking, and reporting of ORR-funded contracts and related accounting. Prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, coordinate compliance with OMB/GAAP, support audits, compute indirect cost rates, prepare proposals/amendments, and provide technical assistance to operations and leadership.

Oversee and deliver staff and student training programs, maintain and update training materials and records, coordinate training across departments and shifts, support staff development and corrective plans, ensure compliance with licensing/ROP standards, assist with supervision and HR tasks, and contribute to quality improvement and safety.
