Develops, configures, tests, and supports semiconductor manufacturing IT systems, including PROMIS MES content, factory automation, equipment integrations, paperless manufacturing tools, reporting, and WIP visibility. The role leads cross-functional improvement projects, develops equipment specifications and qualification plans, analyzes performance data, and mentors technicians and engineers.

Administer AWS and GCP accounts, IAM, networking, governance policies, cloud and AI platform access, Linux systems, GPU clusters, monitoring, security, backups, and infrastructure automation. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, document procedures, collaborate with internal users, and improve cloud platform operations. The role requires 1–3 years of cloud experience and emphasizes broad IT administration and continuous learning.

Leads global cross-functional resolution of complex semiconductor product quality issues, evaluates lifecycle risks, analyzes manufacturing and customer-return data, and drives preventive quality improvements. Provides technical leadership for product changes, process transfers, test enhancements, audits, and customer escalations. Partners across manufacturing, reliability, customer quality, and product development teams while mentoring engineers and influencing quality strategy.

Responsible for Italy entity month-end close, reconciliations, statutory accounts, accruals, forecasts, VAT returns, pension and payroll accounting, intercompany postings, fixed assets, leases, and SOX compliance. The role supports audits, tax authorities, process improvement, shared-service transitions, and M&A activities while coordinating with global and local teams.

Support semiconductor fabrication by interpreting device electrical signals, leading process teams to resolve yield and parametric issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing SEM/TEM/EDX data for root cause, transferring processes between fabs and wafer sizes, and collaborating with product and defect engineering to improve yield and quality.
