Manage backend (OSAT) production planning: coordinate capacity, material planning, engineering and quality to optimize manufacturing execution and supply. Track and govern OSAT KPIs (forecast loading hit rate, start/ship hit rate, overstaged lots, door-to-door cycle time). Ensure healthy supply and quarterly OSAT scoring. Role requires travel (~25%).

Verify embedded software for datacenter power-management systems by defining test specifications, developing automated tests and frameworks (Python/PyTest), automating CI/CD, analyzing results, documenting root cause, and authoring test reports and release sign-offs.

Define and implement DFT architecture and flows (SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN), develop ATPG and insertion flows, debug timing, support post-silicon bring-up and failure analysis, collaborate with physical design and test teams, and improve DFT methodology.
