Coordinates OSP, GIS, surveying, civil engineering, and consultant teams while controlling scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, documentation, permits, and risks. Leads civil engineering design and technical delivery for land development projects from concept through construction documents. Prepares and reviews grading, drainage, utility, roadway, specifications, calculations, reports, and cost estimates. Coordinates with clients, agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; supports permitting, quality, schedules, and budgets. Provides technical leadership, reviews staff work, mentors junior engineers, identifies project risks, and develops practical, constructible solutions.

Designs and prepares civil site development plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, including grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and site layout. Performs stormwater and earthwork analyses, prepares construction documents and technical reports, supports permitting and entitlements, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies, and manages assigned deliverables. The role offers increasing responsibility toward project management and professional engineering licensure.

Leads traffic and transportation engineering design from concept through final delivery. Produces plans, specifications, reports, calculations, estimates, traffic studies, signing and pavement-marking designs, and traffic-control plans. Coordinates with project managers, disciplines, consultants, clients, and public agencies; reviews technical work; resolves design risks; supports budgets and schedules; and mentors junior staff. Requires a Professional Engineer license, civil engineering degree, and at least four years of experience.
