Provides first-line client service for an IT support company by answering service desk calls, triaging and dispatching tickets, maintaining client information, communicating ticket status, escalating issues, following up on resolutions, supporting reporting, and identifying business opportunities. The role also assists with ticketing-process improvements, technology research, and occasional equipment lifting.

Provides onsite and remote support for desktop, server, network, cloud, security, and virtualization environments. Handles escalated service tickets, troubleshooting, system administration, backups, customer communication, documentation, and small-to-large IT projects. Supports onboarding and offboarding, leads managed services, mentors engineers, performs occasional onsite and after-hours work, and participates in on-call rotation.

Provides hands-on IT support experience through hardware configuration, helpdesk troubleshooting, onsite installations, system deployment, documentation, testing, and IT project assistance. The intern supports desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and software while helping improve technology processes. This role requires current IT or computer science studies, basic technical knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, authorization to work in the U.S., and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
