Manage the sales funnel and maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with account management for onboarding, share market feedback, and meet travel-intensive field sales expectations to close new dealership clients.

Serve as the voice of the customer to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Own the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, make scope/prioritization decisions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality B2B software. ~10-15% travel.

Lead and scale a multi-tier customer support organization for dealership-focused SaaS products. Own KPIs (CSAT, NPS, SLAs), implement AI/automation and workforce management, partner with Product/Sales on escalations, and build support strategy, tooling, and training to optimize cost-to-serve and customer outcomes.
