Platform-focused DevOps/Platform Engineer responsible for rolling out observability (New Relic), migrating to GitHub Enterprise, building Jira/Confluence reporting, standardizing Terraform modules and GitHub Actions, driving FinOps cost visibility, and handling daily operational tasks including Dependabot triage and alert tuning.

Manage a portfolio of post-onboarding Shop‑Ware customers to drive retention, identify churn risks, protect recurring revenue, and execute strategic account plans. Support complex, multi-shop (2–10 location) customers, strengthen customer health, and pursue expansion through consultative relationship management.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, apply configuration changes as needed, document findings and resolutions in Salesforce cases, and meet established response KPIs.
