Leads enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and AI strategy across Vehlo. Oversees security frameworks, risk management, cloud and infrastructure operations, enterprise AI governance and platforms, technology integrations, budgets, vendors, facilities technology, and IT and security teams. Establishes responsible AI controls, manages enterprise AI licensing and adoption, and advises executive leadership on technology, cyber risk, and digital transformation.

Leads Vehlo’s partner program strategy, operations, enablement, onboarding, and performance management. Establishes KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, operational cadences, automation, and scalable processes for partner teams. Collaborates with leadership, partner management, marketing, and PAMs to improve partner effectiveness, revenue performance, and solution adoption. Coordinates enablement sessions and reports channel metrics while driving continuous improvement across the partner ecosystem.

Sells software and hardware solutions to automotive dealerships within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting through cold calls and in-person visits, managing opportunities in Salesforce, advancing deals through the sales funnel, sharing market feedback, and coordinating onboarding with account management and implementation teams. The role requires extensive travel and field sales activity across a specified regional territory.

Manages day-to-day accounting for multiple portfolio companies, including general ledger preparation, account reconciliations, journal entries, bank monitoring, balance sheet reconciliation, tax filings, audit support, and financial reporting. Supports process improvements and integrates newly acquired subsidiaries by transitioning them from cash to accrual accounting and incorporating their finance operations.

Identify and engage dealership prospects through in-person and phone outreach, generate at least 20 monthly opportunities, schedule and conduct meetings and demos, qualify business needs, and present value-driven software solutions. Build long-term prospect and customer relationships to drive referrals and expansion opportunities while documenting sales activity, meeting targets, and contributing to peer coaching and process improvement.

Own Vehlo’s customer-facing data, analytics, and insights portfolio, including unified cross-product analytics, AI-powered insights, APIs, semantic layers, benchmarking, pricing, packaging, and data governance. Lead product strategy and execution through engineering, analytics, customer success, finance, and go-to-market partners. Establish metric definitions, cost-to-serve models, customer trust measures, and premium product tiers while delivering zero-to-one products for customers ranging from small operators to sophisticated enterprises.

Provide frontline support to merchant customers across phone, email, chat, and ticketing for payments-related questions, account maintenance, funding research, fraud/risk inquiries, and escalations. Coordinate with Technical Support, Risk, Product, Sales, and external partners to resolve issues, contribute process improvements and knowledge base content, and meet quality and satisfaction metrics.

Provide customer-facing technical support for payment devices, gateways, network and software integrations via phone, email, chat, and remote tools. Troubleshoot, configure, deploy payment solutions, document resolutions, escalate trends to Product/Development, and assist with provisioning and support cases.

Manage customer onboarding, software configuration, training, product adoption, retention, and ongoing account relationships for Protractor users. The role includes setting up customer instances and databases, customizing workflows, delivering remote one-on-one training, gathering product feedback, identifying churn risks, supporting customer success, and finding upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Automotive industry knowledge is preferred but not required.

Leads Vehlo’s financial operations, reporting, accounting compliance, financial systems, audit and tax relationships, M&A integration, and financial planning. The Controller advises private equity owners, executives, and the board; oversees financial statements, cash flow, billing, collections, accounts payable, ERP optimization, and KPI reporting. This role also manages and develops the accounting team while supporting acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration, lender communications, and strategic decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment.
