Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and other channels; create talent maps, deliver market intelligence (compensation, competitor hiring), partner with hiring managers, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Continuously experiment with sourcing methodologies and champion employer brand to improve hiring outcomes.

Lead supply chain go-to-market efforts by partnering with Account Executives to identify and prioritize SCP opportunities, own discovery and solution framing, engage senior supply chain executives, enable partners through training and repeatable sales plays, differentiate Pigment from SCP competitors, drive regional SCP pipeline and forecasts, support PoV scoping with Solutions Consultants, and contribute to shared revenue targets.

Work with customers to translate business requirements and spreadsheets into multi-dimensional Pigment models, design and build applications, integrate data via connectors/APIs, lead UAT and deployments, train customers for self-sufficiency, and drive cross-functional initiatives between customers and product teams.
