Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate teams to support nationally significant cybersecurity initiatives. Manage relationships across government, SLTT, industry, and international partners; plan and facilitate workshops; conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis; produce executive-level deliverables (strategic plans, reports, briefs); oversee project timelines, milestones, and multiple deliverables; provide consulting, recommendations, and clear communications to technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain Java components, design Postgres schemas, tune Solr/Elasticsearch search, implement async processing, CI/CD with Jenkins, and deploy in AWS using Terraform and containers. Mentor mid-level developer, enforce code quality and security, handle CUI, and support ATO/A&A and accessibility requirements.

Lead systems analyst for a federal digital content management program. Elicit and document business rules, metadata mappings, workflows, and exception handling. Translate analysis into JIRA user stories, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track sprint performance, report progress/risks to government stakeholders, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and manage engagement start-up and closeout activities.
