The Program Management Specialist drives program management activities for lunar exploration missions, overseeing technical development, operational planning, financial management, stakeholder coordination, and sales support, facilitating communication with executive leadership for strategic decisions.

Plan, execute, and analyze development, qualification, and acceptance tests for lunar landers and relay satellites. Develop test plans, fixtures, and data acquisition; perform and conduct certified test procedures; analyze results, document reports, support root-cause investigations, maintain configuration control, and improve test equipment and processes.

Lead mission-level engineering across the spacecraft lifecycle: own mission requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive technical/programmatic decisions, oversee integration, verification, launch campaign, operations, and continuous improvement of mission engineering processes and tools.

The role involves developing the Guidance Navigation Control subsystem for a lunar lander, including algorithm design, testing, and integration with teams for operation preparation and troubleshooting.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial reporting for the Luxembourg entity. Provide analysis for management and parent company, support contract pricing, month-end reconciliations, and finance transformation projects.

Support mission planning and real-time spacecraft operations for lunar missions. Perform trajectory and orbit analyses, Monte Carlo simulations, and orbit determination. Develop and maintain production-quality Python flight-dynamics software and automation tools, create operations procedures and flight rules, and collaborate with international teams and ground/flight subsystems to ensure mission readiness and execution.
