Job Descriptions and responsibilities
- ミッションおよびプロジェクト管理チームとして、月着陸船その他開発する宇宙機に必要なITU APIの作成および国内の無線免許申請を行う。
- 総務省窓口担当として、無線免許に必要な申請書類の作成を行い、また必要な政府機関と協力してITU無線免許の申請作業を行う。
- 無線免許関連に関し総務省および政府機関との窓口担当として、月着陸船その他開発する宇宙機に必要な実験無線局および宇宙無線局に関する申請を行う。
- 無線電波干渉に関する評価を行う。システム/サブシステム/RF通信エンジニア/地上局エンジニアと協力して無線検査やそれに関する活動を計画する。
- ミッション飛行中に必要な無線免許人に関する準備と計画を行う。
- 最終免許取得のための軌道上検査を行う。
- JAXAを通じてSANAに対してCCSDS SCID 申請を行う。
- 将来の月通信システムのビジネス拡大に向けて、ビジネスチームの技術的サポートを行う。
Job Descriptions and responsibilities
- Development of ITU and Radio License Application for a project and all required radio communications for the mission and project
- Work on making and submitting API through the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), and the government agencies responsible for the radio license to ITU
- Work for the radio interference assessment when required (international via IFIC letter, domestic etc.
- Serve as a point of contract for the MIC and associated government agencies and offices for the radio license application to MIC (Experimental Radio Station and Space Radio Station)
- Work on application generation (Project Business Plan and Filling out Technical Application Form) and preliminary coordination of Radio License Application with MIC
- Work with the system/subsystem RF/Communication engineers/relevant subsystem engineers/ground station engineers to plan and perform radio license inspection and related activities
- Prepare the required radio operators to perform the in-flight radio communication activities
- On-orbit inspection for final licensing
- CCSDS SCID Application to SANA through JAXA
- Provide technical support to the business team to facilitate the future expansion of the lunar communications system business.
Requirements

Skills Required
- Experience with radio license application, ITU/API submission, and radio license submission to MIC
- Experience creating and submitting regulatory application documents and coordinating with government agencies (MIC, JAXA, SANA)
- Experience in establishing/operating experimental radio stations and space radio stations
- Japanese native level
- Business English level
- Ability to plan and support radio inspections, on-orbit inspection activities, and prepare radio operators for in-flight operations
- Provide technical support to business team for lunar communications commercialization
- RF engineering design skills such as link budget analysis (preferred 3+ years)
- Holding a qualified RF radio operator license
