Seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join a non-profit organization. Responsible for accounting operations including reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and financial controls. Hybrid role.

The Senior Accountant will oversee all Finance department activities, including month-end close, financial planning, reporting, payroll and cash management. They will establish budgets, maintain CPA and bank audit schedules, process journal entries, reconcile financial records, streamline accounting systems, and manage marketing expenses in collaboration with managers.
