Own month-end, quarter, and year-end close activities including invoicing, revenue recognition, accruals, and journal entries. Maintain balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. and UK subsidiaries, payroll processing, and payroll-related entries. Support audits and tax filings, maintain records in NetSuite, partner with HR on payroll/benefits, and drive process and control improvements.

Lead companywide FP&A processes: own P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to develop financial models, track operational metrics, support strategic initiatives (including M&A), and communicate insights to executive stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Drive new client acquisition and retention for finance/accounting staffing and consulting services. Prospect and manage territory via CRM, build relationships with PE/VC firms and portfolio companies, develop go-to-market and territory plans, meet appointment and revenue goals, close deals, and track sales performance.

Support BD team by prospecting, scheduling meetings, managing CRM and email campaigns, researching targets and market trends, preparing proposals and collateral, coordinating events, and maintaining client follow-ups to drive new client acquisition and growth.

Lead and build the marketing function for a real-time data infrastructure company: set strategy and brand positioning, create messaging for developer and enterprise audiences, run high-priority campaigns and launches, manage a small team and vendors, own budget and KPIs, and partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership.
