Leads multidisciplinary marine infrastructure projects from planning and design through permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder communications while serving as the primary client contact. Guides capital planning and phased implementation strategies, supports technical standards development, and identifies market opportunities. The role also contributes to infrastructure modernization projects and business growth across multiple U.S. regions.

Advise ports, municipalities, and transportation agencies on infrastructure planning, funding strategies, grant applications, regulatory compliance, and environmental reviews. Manage grant administration, project milestones, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across coastal, waterfront, freight, rail, roadway, waterway, and multimodal projects. Monitor transportation and maritime policy, assess funding eligibility and competitiveness, lead environmental documentation and permitting, and prepare client-facing plans, reports, presentations, and proposals.

Performs coastal engineering analyses, field data collection, numerical modeling, construction observation, technical report and plan preparation, and permit documentation. The role supports wave transformation, hydrodynamics, sediment transport, and coastal morphology projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating technical topics to stakeholders.

Leads the development and engagement of approximately 50 employees while managing workforce planning, staffing, performance reviews, career development, succession planning, compensation programs, onboarding, and team culture. Partners with project managers, technical leads, recruiting, and HR in a matrixed consulting environment. Supports resource allocation, conflict resolution, hiring, and member experience while traveling 25–50% to other locations.

Supports project accounting, financial reporting, project setup, budgeting, invoicing, accounts receivable, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment processing. Partners with project managers and business unit accountants to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and timely collections. Assists with cost estimates, contract requirements, financial reports, and administrative project support.

Supports process and utility engineering projects for industrial clients. Responsibilities include field data gathering, preparing P&IDs and other design documents, assisting with CADD drawings, interpreting specifications, performing process calculations such as pump and valve sizing, and developing equipment lists. The intern works under experienced engineers during a Summer 2027 internship.

The Lead Process Engineer will oversee process mechanical design, ensure quality, interface with clients, generate specifications, and support business development.

The Project Director leads complex, multi-discipline capital projects, manages client relationships, oversees teams, and ensures project success across various parameters, including safety and cost compliance, while also driving business development efforts.

Design and provide QA/QC for municipal sanitary and storm conveyance systems, lift stations, and water resources. Perform capacity analysis, rehabilitation and forcemain design, permitting, technical reports, cost estimates, hydraulic modeling, plan/spec preparation, and construction administration while coordinating with agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders.
