Manages daily operations and performance for a 136-unit affordable housing community. Oversees HUD Section 8 and LIHTC compliance, applications, rent collection, recertifications, audits, reporting, files, inspections, budgets, vendors, resident relations, and unit turns. Supervises leasing, management, and maintenance staff while ensuring responsive service, property standards, and operational efficiency.
