Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage carriers and 3PLs, handle freight claims and exceptions, track costs and performance using D365/Monday.com, collaborate cross-functionally, lead continuous improvement projects, and produce logistics reporting to optimize spend and service.

Design, architect, and manage RF test procedures and equipment for cellular, broadband, and network devices. Develop test scripts, CI test flows, calibration schedules, training, and documentation. Lead validation/verification, statistical process control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to meet manufacturer and customer requirements.

Support and lead assigned reliability projects through NPI, validation, production, and sustaining phases. Develop and execute test plans (functional, RF, environmental, destructive/non-destructive), analyze failures, drive corrective actions, document results, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to improve product reliability and production readiness.
