Owns customer technical issues involving automotive transmissions from diagnosis and warranty investigation through root-cause analysis and resolution. Troubleshoots complex hydraulic and electronic transmission problems, performs hands-on diagnosis and repair, collaborates with sales, engineering, and production teams, tracks recurring issues, supports reworked products, and communicates findings clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

Own high-performance engine component products from market opportunity and business case through design, prototyping, validation, production launch, and lifecycle management. Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, suppliers, and motorsports teams. Develop product strategies, manage timelines, conduct testing and root-cause analysis, maintain ERP and product data, support customer solutions, and guide the brand’s long-term innovation pipeline.

Provides help desk and technical support for company computers, software, servers, networks, and user accounts. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages password resets, Active Directory changes, ERP access, VPN support, backups, security updates, licenses, and system checks. Documents resolutions, communicates with users and IT leadership, and occasionally supports local worksites outside standard hours.

Manage multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including payroll taxes, year-end processing, W-2s, reconciliations, compliance filings, and audits. Administer Paylocity configuration, security, workflows, training, employee data, and reporting. Support benefits deductions, open enrollment, and leave administration while partnering with Finance and HR leadership to improve processes and data accuracy.

Design mechanical valvetrain and engine components using SolidWorks, create and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings, apply GD&T and tolerance analyses, and support manufacturing. Evaluate fitment, machining processes, FEA, CFD, metrology, CMM output, and 3D scanning. Collaborate with product management, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to resolve design issues and deliver quality products on schedule.

Lead local sales for Haltech USA: develop and execute sales strategy, manage a sales team, build distributor and client relationships, meet revenue and KPI targets, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate events/trade shows, oversee account processing in NetSuite/CRM, and drive market expansion and product knowledge dissemination.
