The Contracts Specialist will manage contract solicitation, negotiation, and execution, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting diverse customers and cross-functional teams.

Provide financial analysis and accounting support for government and commercial contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, A/P and A/R assistance, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD travel policies, and preparation of audit and tax materials.

Lead onsite HR for a multi-state organization: partner with leadership to develop HR programs, manage HRIS/ATS/benefits, ensure multi-state compliance, oversee talent acquisition, reporting (EEOC, ACA, Vets-4212), and design compensation and performance management strategies.
