Processes and updates customer orders, maintains customer profiles and part numbers, prepares warehouse documentation, and updates inventory records. Performs filing, invoicing, pick-ticket confirmation, and email administration while coordinating order information among Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and customers. The Sales position involves maintaining relationships with customers, conducting telemarketing, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist with maintaining customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, making collection calls, and resolving account discrepancies. Collaborate with sales group and maintain detailed records.
