Manage and develop independent agency relationships and territory plans while underwriting workers' compensation accounts. Evaluate eligibility, price new business and renewals, analyze loss trends, conduct agency audits, mentor staff, support regional manager, and represent the company at industry events. Field-based with travel and territory residency required.

Perform administrative and data-entry tasks to issue and record insurance policies and endorsements. Use Policy Issuance systems and CIMS, maintain high quality and productivity metrics, complete required AINS training, and provide professional customer service while supporting the Policy Services team.

Provide in-house defense for workers' compensation claims across Missouri and Illinois: represent the company at hearings and depositions, negotiate settlements, draft pleadings/motions/memoranda, advise claims professionals and insureds, and provide legal risk assessments.

Entry-level trainee in a formal assigned risk program rotating through policy management/audit, billing & collections, and agency maintenance. Learn systems and processes, provide customer service to agents and policyholders, process policy changes and billing transactions, reconcile accounts and commissions, and develop underwriting and administrative skills to qualify for a targeted role upon program completion.

Evaluate vendor phone and physical audits, approve/process mail audits and adjustments, research audit issues using PAAS/NCCI, communicate policy changes, manage PAM workflow, provide customer service, and train/mentor junior audit staff.

Process incoming workers' compensation claims and first reports of injury, determine jurisdiction and coverage, enter and correct claim data, route documents, support callers, train new staff, and maintain procedures and workflows to ensure accurate, state-compliant claim setup.

Analyze, index, and e-index incoming physical and electronic documents; assign document subtypes and keywords; enter data into claim system; scan, validate, and route documents; maintain records and scanning equipment; re-index misfiled items; update tracking logs; assist with procedures, workflows, and special projects.

Perform virtual and occasional field premium audits for workers' compensation policies: collect payroll/personnel data, calculate premium liability, review class codes and policy documents, communicate results to agents and insureds, and ensure proper endorsements and confidentiality.
